Life’s responsibilities can leave us feeling scattered and disconnected from ourselves. The more stress builds, the harder it becomes to hear the body’s quiet requests for rest, inspiration, and care. Though our minds and bodies are capable of so much, true well-being depends on intentionally creating moments of pause—space to relax, to be nurtured, and awaken inspiration and creativity.

Join us for a restorative half-day wellness retreat, designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore practices that nourish both your spirit and your body. In a small, supportive group of just six participants, you’ll rotate through a series of enriching sessions guided by skilled practitioners:

Gemstone Energy & Intuitive Bodywork with Erin – In this 20-minute session, Erin intuitively tunes into your energy field, selecting gemstones that bring the support and nurturing you most need, while offering intuitive energy and bodywork to help you feel restored and aligned.

Reclaim Peace & Safety Within with Laura’s Nurturing Touch and Reiki Healing - Nurturing touch is a gentle, attuned form of physical contact that instantly communicates safety to your body, inviting what no longer serves your well-being to be released. Paired with the soothing Reiki energy, this session supports emotional regulation, reduces tension, and helps your body remember what peace feels like. 

FACES NEW YORK - Attunement Ritual for Face & Breath with Crystal

In this 20‑minute session, we will use Gua Sha, Kansa, or Lymphatic facial massage to soften stress patterns, release stagnation, and bring lightness back to the face and jaw. This is not a facial. This mini‑ritual offers a moment of attunement ~ part sculpting, part grounding, part exhale.

Increase your confidence and enjoy easy style fundamentals with Brandon – Learn useful tricks for dressing that will help you build your skills and confidence with ease. Bring one or two garments if you’d like fresh ideas and personalized feedback in a fun, non-pressure, judgment-free space. All body types and sizes are encouraged and welcome.

Throughout this retreat, you’ll be supported in exploring different healing and creative modalities—opening space for insight, renewal, and inspiration. Whether you’re seeking clarity, a new practice to integrate into your life, or simply a few precious hours to rest and be restored, this wellness day is designed to meet you where you are and help you leave feeling lighter, nourished, and re-centered.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Refund Policy | All event registrations are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the host. Your registration reserves your space and allows us to prepare for your participation thoughtfully. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in advance.  

No Scent Policy | The office is scent-free. Please no smell of smoke, perfume/cologne, scented lotions, or essential oils.

Class Space Policies | Please remove shoes for our class space, socks or slippers are required. If you forget socks, we have pairs on hand for $3. Only water is allowed to be taken in, please no food or other drinks
