The Polarity Series: This series offers an opportunity to explore opposite and complementary energies through the lens of gemstone consciousness. We will journey into, appreciate and integrate these inherent dualities that exist in us as well as the natural world and universe.

The opposition of Joy and Grief frequencies with Carnelian and Pink Sapphire. Carnelian connects us with the uplifting, expanding and exuberant energy of Joy! Pink Sapphire, on the other hand, is of the few emotionally oriented stones that is strong enough to hold the heaviness and collapse of energy from grief. We’ll appreciate the complex emotional frequency spectrum joy and grief exist together on with Rose Quartz.
