  • Gemstone Meditation for an Energetic Edge

    Crystals are everywhere these days—on desks, in homes, even tucked into pockets to offer an energetic edge in life and work. But few truly experience them as mindfulness and meditation tools. Imagine your team finding calm, clarity, and centeredness within, while simultaneously strengthening connection across your peer group.

    Gemstone Energy Meditation is a 90-minute group session guided by Erin Sikopoulos, a long-time practitioner of Gemstone Energy Medicine. The experience weaves together:

    Three guided gemstone meditations—each offering a unique journey to support calm, clarity, or focus.

    Education on gemstone energy and how to apply it in daily life and work.

    Reflections through journaling and group sharing to deepen connection and insight.

    Individual energy treatments as Erin moves through the group during meditation.

    Each session can be customized to a theme that fits your organization’s needs—whether calming stress, enhancing physical embodiment, sharpening mental clarity, or excelling at self-mastery to achieve goals.

    Aimée Dowd’s corporate wellness sessions combine mindful movement, Reiki, breathwork, and meditation to help employees manage stress, enhance focus, and maintain emotional balance. These practices support personal resilience and creativity while fostering a healthier and more balanced workplace culture. 

    Movement & Reiki (60 or 90 Minutes)

    Gentle, restorative movement inspired by yoga and qigong is paired with Reiki energy balancing to release tension and restore balance. All levels.

  • Style with Moxie: Confident First Impressions

    How we feel directly impacts how we face our day—whether engaging with colleagues, supporting clients, or promoting our skills to new opportunities. Apparel and appearance play a powerful role in this. We’ve all heard the sayings: “First impressions matter” and “When we feel better, we do better.”

    This session with Apparel Stylist Brandon Dewyea, owner of Moxie, offers practical, tangible strategies to boost both confidence and professional presence. Participants will explore how clothing choices influence mindset, performance, and the impressions they leave behind—walking away with actionable tips they can apply immediately.
