The Polarity Series: This series gives us the opportunity to explore opposite and complementary energies through the lens of gemstone consciousness. We will journey into, appreciate and integrate these inherent dualities that exist in us as well as the natural world and universe.

The Opposition of Change and Stability with Rhodochrosite and Rhodonite. Rhodochrosite connects with our energy to immediately identify and break down the patterns that are not serving us in life. This enacts CHANGE. How comfortable are you with change? Rhodonite on the other hand focuses on creating stability within the emotional body so you feel supported by a strong and steady foundation, this encourages less drastic changes in emotional energy within your system. We’ll appreciate the aspects of ourselves that need change and the areas that require more stability and then harmonize the two opposing forces with Quartz.
