The Polarity Series: This series gives us the opportunity to explore opposite and complementary energies through the lens of gemstone consciousness. We will journey into, appreciate and integrate these inherent dualities that exist in us as well as the natural world and universe.

The Opposition of Movement and Stillness with Riverstone and Howlite. Riverstone accelerates energy that has become stuck in a rut or stalled and not only moves it but encourages it to move faster and faster to build momentum like the flow of water headed down stream. And then we have Howlite, the exact opposite of Riverstone. Taking rapid moving energy and slowing it down to a standstill. We’ll appreciate the aspects of ourselves that need acceleration and the areas that require more stillness and then harmonize the two opposing forces with Quartz.
