Polarity Series: Root vs Crown GEM Meditation

ANNOUNCING! The beginning of a brand new GEM Mediation series. We have been in Body Exploration since January 2024 and now will enter the Polarity Series. This series gives us the opportunity to explore opposite and complementary energies through the lens of gemstone consciousness. We will journey into, appreciate and integrate these inherent dualities that exist in us as well as the natural world and universe.

First up! Exploring the opposition of the Crown and Root Chakras. While the root anchors us to our physical body, physical existence and Earth, the crown connects us back to source and divine in all its knowledge and wisdom. We will use Onyx and Amethyst respectively, to connect to each of these chakras, appreciating both of their roles and harmonizing them with Lavender.
