The Polarity Series: This series gives us the opportunity to explore opposite and complementary energies through the lens of gemstone consciousness. We will journey into, appreciate and integrate these inherent dualities that exist in us as well as the natural world and universe.

The opposition of warming and cooling energy with Carnelian and Aquamarine. Carnelian connects us with the indulgence of warmth like that of submerging in a hot bath. Warming areas experiencing an imbalance of energetic cold, like our lower abdomen.  Aquamarine, on the other hand, connects us with  cool fluid watery, energy. Cooling areas experiencing an imbalance of energetic heat, like our head. We’ll appreciate both aspects of warmth and cool by harmonizing their opposition with Quartz.
