Nurturing Touch: Learn how to foster trust and safety within your body

Our daily interactions and experiences can often trigger intense and unsettling emotions. Unfortunately, many of us have been conditioned to suppress these challenging emotions, causing them to become trapped within us. Over time, the accumulated charge of these suppressed emotions can negatively impact our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. 

In this workshop, you will learn how to mindfully connect with your body and gently navigate distressing emotional states, helping your heart feel safe and supported. Together, we’ll explore the power of nurturing touch to encourage emotional regulation and promote a more peaceful, relaxed state of being.
