RUBY GEM MEDITATION

Throughout this Circulatory System Meditation series, we’ve talked about all the physical aspects of the circulatory system now with Ruby we can settle into the emotional side of our heart.

Leading this recorded GEM Meditation live was an experience I don’t think I’ll forget anytime soon. When I finished I remember sitting back and  feeling the energy hanging in the room,  our group with tearful eyes looked back at me and I said, “I think we will leave this as it is today.” Normally, we go around the room and share our experiences in the gem meditations. But after this one, I knew the whole group had such a profound and moving experience sitting in the fullness of divine love we are meant to receive, carry within our hearts, and share as a common thread connecting all of humankind that there were no words.

Ruby’s energetic signature serves to connect us with divine love. This is different from human love which often can be conditional. As you sit for this meditation, I invite you to open your heart to Ruby truly and to allow the full resonance of love to circulate throughout your entire body & being and extend even beyond yourself to connect with the whole population through the innate common thread of love.
